Domiciliary Care service also known as home care service provides our service users with one-to-one, person-centred care in the comfort of their own home and environment.
At Integrity24 Care, we deliver personalised domiciliary care packages. Our Services ranges from one-to-one care visits of 1 hour to 24-hour live-in care. We understand the importance of maintaining your independence and comfort while receiving the care you deserve at your familiar environment.

Personal Care
Integrity24 Care, We understand that everyone is unique, so we ensure to support you with care that is tailored to meet your needs and requirement. Our personal care services are designed to assist you with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene, maintain your comfort, dignity, and independence. LIVE-IN CARE (24 HOUR CARE)
What is live-in Care? Live-in care involves an identified healthcare professional moving into service user’s home.
Live-in Care Services from Integrity24 Care provides round-the-clock care for those who require 24-hour supervision and assistance. The service is flexible, allowing for short or long-term engagements depending on your needs. Integrity24 Care ensures that all our healthcare staff are well trained and experienced in providing quality home care. The healthcare professional provides companionship and practical support throughout the day, enabling you to continue living the life you have always known and doing the things that you enjoy the most.
At Integrity24 Care, We understand that everyone is unique, so we ensure to support you with care that is tailored to meet your needs and requirement. We will work with you and your loved one to put together a detailed person-centred care plan that our Healthcare Professionals will follow, so that you or your loved one gets the care and support needed, in the way that you want it.
In addition, personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene are met whilst promoting the service users’ personal preferences, comfort, dignity, and independence. Other services provided includes shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, and accompanying service user to medical appointments.

Night Care Service
At Integrity24 Care, we understand that it is important for you to know that you or your loved one feels safe and well supported at home no matter the time of day or night. Sleep In Care
The healthcare worker sleeps at your home for a minimum of eight hours and is on hand if required. This option will suit you if you do not require regular support, but feel uncomfortable when left alone throughout the night. Anxieties and sleep deprivation can be improved with a sleeping night healthcare worker is there to support you. If you require assistance more than twice during the night, this will be considered a waking night

Waking Nights
Our dedicated healthcare professional is on duty throughout the night for a minimum of eight hours. This is the best support option if you or a loved one wakes several times perhaps needing some assistance to go to the bathroom, or you wake at regular intervals during the night to change position due to injury, or if you have to administer medication at regular intervals, this is likely to be the best choice for you.
The waking night care professional is there as and when you need them for the duration of the night, providing a high quality of care and support.

At Integrity24 Care Care, we believe that everyone has the right to live the life that they choose for themselves and our supported living services provide independent living with access to a wide range of services. Our personalised support services enable service users to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes.
At Integrity24 Care person centred care is at the heart of everything that we do which means that our support and care is completely bespoke, and perfectly matched to the unique needs, preferences and requirements of the service user.
We involve and work in partnership with our service users, and their families to agreeing together how we can best support them to be as independent as possible in their own home and their local community. Our support ranges from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including 1:1 support.
At Integrity24 Care person centred care is at the heart of everything that we do which means that our support and care is completely bespoke, and perfectly matched to the unique needs, preferences and requirements of the service user.
Children’s Domiciliary Care
Integrity24 Care offers and provides high quality care to Children and young people with disabilities up to 18 years within their family home.
We will complete the necessary assessment to ensure a comprehensive care plan is drawn up to meet the individual needs of the child or young person.
The times and days to be provided will be discussed with family and agreed with a start date. A Domiciliary Healthcare Worker will be identified based on the competencies required and an introductory visit will then be made with the family.
Integrity24 Care provides trained healthcare worker to support children and young people from ages 0-18 in their own home. The care service and support provided is to help with day-to-day activities including:
- Personal care
- Washing and bathing
- Dressing
- Toileting
- Eating and drinking
- Support to get ready for school or college
- Support to relax at home.
- We can provide respite and short breaks to parents a rest from caring should parents need a break.
Your child’s safety and well-being are our paramount priority. Our healthcare professionals are trained and carefully selected to ensure that they provide care that is person-centred support to the child whilst keeping the continuity of care that they need.
